Lady who was supposed to help me rude butted in all my conversations was aggressive

I phoned Artoo because someone else has the same number plate as I have. In the past two years when I’ve gone to get my new numberplate I send back by the post office because of an outstanding fine. I’ve paid fines which I knew were not mine to sort out later so I would get my license disk. But then there was another fine. I spoke to a lady. She was so rude. Wouldn’t let me speak without butting in the middle of my sentence. And hung up on me. She didn’t assist me at all with what to do if someone has a different license plate and getting fines for me. I mentioned that one fine was in Durban or cape town. After that all she hammered on that I need to get in contact with someone there. Which I understood. She accused me of not paying any of my fines.... it was absolutely not ok and what about all the fines that are not mine I paid. I’m getting proof of payment from standard bank. I’m so angry
