Forcing payment on non-received infringements

<p>The year went well with the obtaining of licenses for our company vehicles until August this year. Now all of a sudden our company is blocked and I get lists and lists of Infringement notices from 2013 ect without having received anything via registered mail or via being served in person. This is *******, forcing companies and individuals to pay for notices they didn't receive via the legal required avenues.</p>
