I find it unfair that Aarto sends us traffic notices way after the 32days discount grace has passed, then they write a courtesy letter which motorists have to pay an extra Amount on top of the expired discounted price.

Its Aartos job to ensure that the notices get to us motorists on time (how you manage your service providers is your problem) but we shouldn't be penalized for your guys (Aarto) for not doing their job - failing to follow up with with motorists.
