Arrto poor service

I lost my drivers license and when I went to renew it,I was informed about outstanding fines that appears on my name that I have to pay for before I can be able to get my license .I wasn't aware of such and I told them that I didn't know those fines but they refused to listen and instead I was blocked because I was told to pay up or go home,I went to hell and back trying to prove my case.Until someone refered me to Arrto,went there and they assisted me with revocation process which led to most of those fines being cancelled.

I made my representations for the second time just to have them all cancelled,as it was during COVID-19 lockdown.I was forced to communicate with them via email.Hence I was told that my representations were successful and fines were cancelled, which was not true because I when I went to DLC was subjected to the same fate.They turned me away.Today I am stuck
