Aarto ****

Had a fine to pay with an enfridgement, was told to pay Aarto via Checkers. I tried calling their numbers with no avail, never answer their phones. Emailed them, no reply, still waiting reply. Lost my money had to go to Traffic Department to resolve matter. Don't pay Aarto, EVER!
