AARTO GIVING ME A RUN AROUND

<p>I received notification from Aarto early this year that i have two infringements, driving a car without a licence. I do not even have a car but do have a drivers licence. i called in ealy in the year and one of the agents told me to dispute this online, which i did, but still it was not wiped off the system. Then i called again last month and some agent gave a different story, that i must open a case, get a case number, call in again so that my record could be cleared. Today i make an attempt to do as told and a third agent gives me a different story that i have to prove where i was on 5 and 10 August when the infringement was issued, and then visit the website to dispute, something i already did! Threed different stories from different agents! This is frustrating me. I want my record cleared as I am a victim of identity *****! I lost my ID on two ocassions before.
