When you try to trust the system but it fails you. I am struggling for +/-7 months now. Trying to clear my name. I am from the EC but received a fine in 2020 from GP. Same color vehicle and make...they have my ID but the registration number clearly states GP where I drive an EC reg for years . At the day of the incidentI was at work, a 1000km away from where the fine took place...I've emailed AARTO raising my concern. That this is clearly a ***** case...even sent them my a sighned and stamped document from the police.....no response till this minute ..was resent to them numerous times....I think its disgusting how a person must struggle with something that is clearly not your fault. Poor service and there is no other way to get this resolved but through you.
