Lack of service

Visited them this morning for a quote that I informed I needed ASAP on the afternoon only to phone them 9 hours later and them telling me I had to pay R350 for a quote. Not only did I have to contact them back but they failed to mention this when I visited them the morning. Very disappointing service and poor ground maintenance wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
