Always late and disappears with deposit

I got Aarons alliance repairs in to repair two washing machines... he was a few hours late... he then repaired the one and asked for money to buy the spares for the repairs... he returned.... late again.. but never repaired the other machine, he just keeps making excuses like he locked the phone in the car, he was in church, he was on a farm where he got no signal, he left his phone at home, he had emergency jobs and couldn't contact me, he always says he will return the money but you can't get hold of him....dont give him any mony until you see your machine complete all cycles
