Don't order any products from Aardlig. They are not trustworthy. Received my parcel 3 months after order date, tried to cancell order and requested a refund when I noticed the order details not changing on their tracking app, only to be told it was too late to cancell. After numerous mails ( about 12 in total) they now offer me a refund of only 15% of the order minus cost of their courier fee. Their replies to my various mails were also from a different person every time and never answers to my spesific questions which make me think they reply with automated mails. Is there any way that they can be reported/ forced to do refund ?

This company is a ****. I ordered one of their products which seems to be in China even though the company uses Afrikaans on their website. It’s been about a month now and the tracking number doesn’t work anymore. The last tracking position was in China. So just be aware you won’t get your order from these ****sters.

What an abolute ****. I ordered a cream on 22 November 2025 and I am still waiting for it. I received numerous emails about the delivery, apologies about the delay. But still no cream. A Sophie emailed me on Christmas Day, then on the 27th again, following up. Try to track the order - impossible. Stay away from this company.
