Struggling now for more than 2 years to get a refund. This guys are doing bad business. They are making alot of mistakes on their calenders for example wrong cell numbers or contact numbers and blame it on loadshedding. We are not stupid. What you put in the computer, it saves it. How van loadshedding change your tel nr? They promise me that they will send me my new caller free, even bigger and new business cards the next year... Nothing happen. When I ask for my refund, which was R3000.00. R1500 immediately and before they deliver in November, they want the balance. I paid them in full, since today I received nothing from then. When I try to phone, which I did on several cases, they're no where to be found. Even spoke to the manager Aness, same lines. Bad business, will not recommend them.
