Aanmani Rose guesthouse, VERY bad excperience!

We booked 4 rooms, where one of the rooms is the presidental suit, with a King size bed! When we arrived, the people were scattering around to find room keys, we stood there with our bags, while the people had no idee whats going on! 🚩 Book- in time were from 14:00! We arrived at 16:00 an they were still busy cleaning some of the rooms! 🚩 So the lady came and said, shes so sorry but the other lady that were in the presidental suit the night before, decided to stay another night so we cant have the presidental suit that we paid for! But they'll give us another "great" room! The room is so small, with a standard double bed, there's coffee, sugar and milk in the room, NO KETTLE!!! Only 1 fork, 1 s****, 1 plate, 2 knifes! 🚩 They phoned the persone who arranged bookings several times, no answer!

I really can't see how this is a 4 star guesthouse!
