I had never used this accomodation before. Me and my 2 boys got there really late on our way back to Gauteng from the Western Cape. The 1st thing the host Rina did was to swipe my card. Immediately upon arrival. She then took us to our facility where I learned that THE WHOLE premises was empty. Not another soul was staying there including her. She was leaving and there was no security whatsoever. After 5 minutes and just enough time for the boys to determine no children stations work and for me to see a huge ****roach in the kitchen I phoned her and told her that I am too scared to stay there and that I am leaving immediately and would like a refund. She responded positively that she would process it the next day but didnt. We left within 5 minutes and it has now been 10 days that she has been ignoring my correspondence without refunding. No wonder an accomodation facility is completely empty in the middle of the holidays.
