Horrible and misleading service

We booked in at aan de heuvel self catering cottages as per the pics we saw on booking.com. When we arrived after 2hours of travelling the unit was totally different. All the lady did was apologise and all we wanted was the unit we saw on booking. She offered a refund and think that will make everything okay. This is the most terrible experience i have ever received and to think we booked in for 4days.
