I have had the worst experience with this company. I paid for the silver package and took extra's i.e table cloths, chair covers etc which was accounted for and paid. A day before my function the business owner sends me a message advising that the party store got flooded and she cannot supply the character board - she said she would refund me R100. When she sent her team to do the set up - they forgot to bring the happy birthday sign, they had to go back to fetch it to which I asked them to please bring the kids queen chair which she told me was R80 and that would offset the refund. She sends me a whatsapp today asking me to pay for things that were included in the silver package and then tells me that the chair is R150 - daylight *******. It was so difficult for her to respond to my messages when I asked for detail about the decor - I had to ask her the same question 10 times. Only for her to admit now to me that I am a small client that she cannot pay attention to as she has corporate companies to deal with. But her slogan is "small or big - we do it"??? She immediately blocked me when I asked her about the chair pricing, I had no issue paying - she got so defensive that she got caught out. As a business owner, you should know that if you are asking a client to pay extra - they are entitled to enquire. She goes on to tell me that I am behaving that I paid 10K for the decor and says I was "dying" for every detail. I am a client - whether I paid 10K or 1K - I am entitled to ask about the details of my function. She uses stupid words like duh and has a terrible attitude, no professionalism at all. I will NOT recommend this company. She then goes on to send me derogatory sms's. Absolutely appalled.
