False impression of vodacom

On Wednesday 14/102015 I went to repair my Sony Experia Z3 Compact at the store. That same evening I saw that the screen was lifting up. On Friday 16/10/2015 I returned there because my screen broke. They said that if I can prove that its their fault, they will repair/refund me. I asked to talk to the boss and they said its vodacom. I went to the vodacom repair shop and they informed me that they are working under false pretense of vodacom and the method they used to repair was wrong. I went back to tell them that vodacom informed me that they are lying and the method of repair was incorrect and caused my screen to break again. They didn't want to refund me and they knew that they are working under a false impression of vodacom .
