AAA School of disaster

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a part-time student and cannot believe how useless they are. They have zero organisational skills, absolutely no communication skills, and the lecturers don't even know how to set up a repeat teams meeting. I registered for my final year, received 1 class meeting request and then found out about the other 2 by chance (not due to anyone replying to mulitple emails that I sent, but because I asked a lecturer to add me to the WhatsApp group). After this I sent an email to the dean, registra and the 3 lecturers that I have these classes with. I then asked them to please clarify what classes I am registered for, as I paid a registration fee but recieved nothing but "we confirm that we have received your payment". It is now the end of May and only now due to me finding an "assignment is due" on the student portal, that I realised that I have been enrolled in a 5th subject - 4 months after I registered!!! It is now being treated as though I was in the wrong. What a * joke.
