AAA School of Advertising OUTRANKED by the vehicle license renewal department.

I have requested a transcript of my results for a qualification at this school last year October. I have been promised by Amos, the reception lady, Patience Ndeyebokazi, and the person who responds to Hello Peter complaints, however I have still not received the information required. I have subsequently sent another email to Patience BEGGING her for the information, who coolly rep**** to another party called Abby to provide the information. I have still not received what I need and am running out of time. IT IS EASIER GETTING ONES VEHICLE LICENSE RENEWED THAN DEALING WITH THE ADMIN DEPARTMENT OF THIS SCHOOL. How sad that these people are actually paid private school rates for delivering abysmal service.
