AAA admin disaster

I need a transcript of my academic results and have sent multiple requests in Sept/Oct 2018. My previous complaint asked why one request isn't good enough anymore, especially from an institution that charges exorbitant fees. Well, someone called me back in Oct 2018 and promised that I will receive my results end October last year. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. This institution's admin is a joke and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone anymore. I used to be proud of having done my qualification through them, now I am dismayed and embarrassed.
