AAA refrigeration is more off a ZZZzzzzzzzzzzz

Have been trying to get AAA refrigeration to come back and repair the mess they left of my fridge/freezer since 10 August 2018. They came in on 4 August to fix my fridge and freezer...on 6 August we noticed the freezer was not working. I have phoned and made appointments for them to come and repair it, and they have not shown up. I have send numerous e-mails and messages and have had no luck. It cost me R 1 200 and my fridge is not working!
