Invoice 117642 - I was quoted R1500 excluding VAT to fix 2 leaking toilets. I was informed by the plumber that he cannot guarantee one service but will fix the toilet so that it will at least last 2 to 3 months. I paid cash and they said they will waive the VAT as a result. I tested the toilet two hours later and it was still leaking despite the fact that it was not even used yet. Since then I have been passed from one to the other with a promise by Mrs James that the CEO will phone me back. To date no feedback. All they said they did say that they do not guarantee their work. What an absolute ******* and extremely *********.
