Too expensive

What a 2000% *******, I still can't believe it. My husband called AAA from work to come and fix the Gyser. When the AAA guys came they asked for him and I told them he is still at work. After 15 minutes I was invoiced R 2622 of which I still don't believe it's possible cos my Gyser was fairly new, it was replaced between April /May 2015. According to the invoice they said they replaced an element and thermo status with flag gasket.<br> I told the plumber that the price is too high he said that how big companies charge. I made a payment through EFT but I was totally unhappy.<br> I later called my husband regarding the payment he was also furious. <br> I don't understand how they came to that amount.....I still want to know....really I have been fooled.
