Shocking unprofessional

On 11/3/16 my DB board was tripping. I phoned AAA Electrical at 11. They arrived at 14:45. They replaced my earth leakage. Charge me R3,500. At 6pm I heard my gate motor running on its battery. Gate motor switch tripped. I phoned AAA on Monday 14/3/16 after 8am and 1pm. No one came out on Monday. I phoned again on Tuesday morning. At 1pm no one has arrived. Spoke to Candice at office. She has cut me off twice. An Alex phoned me back, extremely arrogant. At 5pm, no one has arrived. At 6pm Steven phoned to say that someone will come out on Wednesday. On Wednesday at 11am no one has arrived. I phoned AAA again. Some one arrived at 12:45. This guy that they do not have the machinery to test the problem. Alex phones me at 1:15pm saying that they need to replace the cable from the DB board to the gate motor. He has over 20 years experience and that replacing the cable is the problem. It will cost me R6,000. AAA Electrical have no idea what they are doing. They are expensive, providing wrong advice and has a bad attitude. I will not recommend them to any one. In the end my problem was solved, NOT BY AAA Electrical.
