Overcharged & Bad Service & Damage to property

I called AAA/Randburg Plumbers to come and take a look at my geyser as the thermostat is faulty. They arrived. I was then called by there call centre saying the cost to replace the thermostat and element would be R2500. When I made the enquiry that the cost was high they reassured me that they where more expensive but that there service was good and that the job would be done right. <br> <br> 15 min later they plumber approached me and said the needed to go collect parts. As soon as he left I received another call from the call centre informing me that they had made a hole in my ceiling boards. He informed we that they will deducted the VAT and give me a R300 discount. When I said that they should repair the damage they stated they do not do that and I should understand that there are risk when fixing plumbing and it is not there problem.<br> <br> The rude client service lady then called. She informed me that again I must accept that there are risks involved. Also stating there is nothing else she can do and if the cost to fix the ceiling board is higher than the R300 discount I should claim it from insurance.<br> <br> Now I have to pay for the repairs to my roof as well, and it's also dripping now.
