On the 17th March I called them out to repair a problem that was tripping the lights.<br> I received a phone call and was quoted R4446.00, a cable was faulty and components needed to be replaced, I thought this was excessive but had to get the repairs done so I paid.<br> On returning home I checked with my domestic worker as to what work was done, checked the CCTV coverage and discovered that they only replaced an earth leakage unit.<br> From the 18th March until the 8th April I contacted them virtually every day, spoke to twelve different, some times more than once, and nobody was able to resolve my complaint.<br> On the 9th April they sent an inspector to investigate, I showed him the CCTV coverage and he checked the work done. I asked him if I was being unreasonable and he agreed that I was not.<br> From the 10th April I phoned every day until the 13th April when they told me they were finished with me and to get a lawyer.<br> I have CCTV coverage, two witnesses and their own Inspector to prove that they misled, cheated, **** and *********ly accepted money for which they did not do the work.<br> HOW UNCONCERNED, UNRESPONSIVE AND ARROGANT CAN THEY BE!!!<br>
