We had an emergency and our regular plumber was unable to come immediately at 6pm. We called, AAA Plumbing *** and they arrived a short while after. They spent about 20 minutes repairing the damage, no materials required, and then told us we had to pay more than R2200. When we questioned this with the owner he advised this was after hour rates. Not once did they advise us of their after hour rate till the work was complete. I am in the buidling industry and have never seen rates like this. I would strongly advise others to not use this company. This is nothing more than ******ion.
