EARTH LEAKAGE REPLACEMENT

I called them as a result of a plug that blew out on Monday 10th Aug. They quoted on the rewiring of the DB board and replacement of earth leakage. Earth leakage was replaced, buzz plate inserted and cable connected, new double plug in wall app****. For this I was charged R7943.00. The labourers were finished with the DB board within 15 minutes. AAA insist they rewired the DB board, which is not true as in my mind it is impossible to rewire a DB Board in 15 minutes, no new wires were taken out of their vehicle. I have tried for the second day and umpteenth phone calls later to get an itemised Invoice for the insurance, which is not forthcoming neither the COC certificate. They are not honest dealers and I would advise consumers to stay away from them. There are many other honest contractors.
