Does not give services

AAA Plumbing and Electrical did some repair work for me on the 23rd of December 2015. I paid on invoice nr. 14269. Work was done by Leonards and arranged by Alex. Early in January 2016 the some problem a cured again and I contacted Alex to report the valued. Leonard arrived again an told met the earth leakage needed to be replaced. He took responsibility for the day night switched that was burned. He quoted me R2 995.00 to replace the earth leakage. A earth leakage cost between R700.00 and R900.00. I asked AAA Plumbing and Electrical several time for a written quotation, which I have not received up to date. I am reporting this matter to the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) because this is clearly a total rip-off. Replacing something that cost between R700.00 and R900.00 and charge R2 995.00 does not make sense. I spoke to Paul the customer Relation Officer again this morning, but have had no joy up to now. One can only think that is why they do not want to supply me with a written quotation.
