Absolutely shocked

They advertise inexpensive prompt service - Called them early Friday morning arrived late Friday afternoon. Quoted me R4788 to replace an element, thermostat and TP valve on geysers (not much choice as it was late on a Friday already. They then proceed to flood my ceiling, dressing room (wooden floors) and wooden cupboards plus all my clothes. I requested a breakdown of the cost and report to be mailed to me by Monday - Nothing received. Phone them this morning and ask for the owners number only to have the receptionist put the phone down in my ear. Then get called back by an equally unprofessional woman. I will tell all and sundry about these ******* artists. Had I searched them on the internet I would have seen the MANY complaints and would never have used them. Very expensive lesson learnt - They say the do not charge a call out fee and spent approx. an hour at my home - Their labour costs are ridiculous. The worst however is the service from the women working in their office - I work in the client service industry and can comfortably say I would NEVER employee anyone with that kind of attitude - Again I say - Very expensive lesson learnt.
