Useless Service

I had a accident 6 weeks ago and notified the Insurance. . . Still nobody has come back to me . have sent 4 emails already and phone 6 times a day, then the operator who answers says hold the line and they put you on hold for 5 min then the line disconnects. . . Really Useless Service.
