THIRD PARTY

I struggeling with a third party claim since early 2020. I will never name my child "Kevin". This guy does not reply for 2 months on my emails and then request photos that I sent 2 months ago. And now all of a sudden it is a problem because it is not in JPEG format. I hope that the Complaints officer does react in this year.
