NOLEEN Deytell from claims dept (worst service provider)

They never got back to me regarding the accident claim I made in the 5th of May . When I call the claims department I’m being told that the person dealing with claims is not available and that she will look at the claim and respond to me . It’s been months now I’m still waiting on them. I’ve complained a million times , called almost every day but no directive .DEYTELL NOLEEN is the one handling my case and she never got back to me till date . The accident happened on the 29th of May 2026.
