Failure to timeously finalise claim

I have been chasing AAA claims department for nearly 2 months on a weekly basis to finalise a 3rd party claim. I was told the AOL is due to be released and now I am told another consultant is finalising handling my claim

Getting email responses and proper feedback has been a DISASTER. I feel sorry for their regular clientele.
