DO NOT USE!

This is Pathetic. I've been with Affinity for about 4 years now. Submitted a claim for a borehole replacement die to weather conditions. A week after I called, no response. I CALL AGAIN myself(no customer service) Just to hear I'll have to wait some more.

Everytime I have to call in, or send a email to get a response, PATHETIC excuse for Customer Service.

Fast forward 4 weeks later just to tell my that my claim has been rejected because the item "is not covered" Please note: "I included everything to be covered on my policy" , specially something like a borehole.

This is the 1st time that I experience such Bad service from a Insurance company.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO USE!!!
