Bad claim company

I have been taken back and forth regarding my claim. I have been dealing with a guy called Brandon Olinger regarding my claim that I filled for in August I submitted all the documents that they wanted but when it come to them paying my claim it's a mission I have been calling them and sending emails with now luck I have records I can prove that I even went to their offices to confront Brandon Olinger regarding my claim he told me about a technical issue and he said they will make a payment on 22 September but they never made a payment I still say I will visit your office's again and this time things will go very bad trust me
