Over promise, no delivery

I'm very unhappy with the poor and unacceptable service I have been receiving from AAA Aluminium. I have started doing business with them in January 2014. A large window required replacement, as well as two bay windows and some odd jobs, including balustrades. The large window was replaced (in 2014), and I was promised they would return the next day to finish up the rest of the work. The builder of the house ran away with the upfront payment to complete the house, but left valuable tools and machines behind. I have been open with Shaun since day 1 that I don't have funds to pay, but we came to a mutual agreement that he will accept payment in return for a hydraulic crimping machine (value /- R45 000). This machine was more valuable than the quote for the job. In my trusting nature, and Shaun looking like a honest guy, the machine was taken away.
