Dishwasher repair gone wrong

<p>on the 1st July, we requested that AAA come and repair the dishwasher. they would not do anything on it until the invoice amount was paid. We paid immediately as instructed but the technician did not come until after 2 weeks when they checked the machine and sais there was a part that needs to be replaced. They were going to get it purchased but today, 2 months later, we still have not received the service.</p> <p> </p> <p>The quotation is quite rediculous R2720 plus inspection fee of R295 on the machine that is worth half the price.</p> <p> </p> <p>We had in the mean time requested a refund and being sent from one pillar to another. Also. they way you get hold of them, when you phone, they immediately take your number and say they will get back to you, you are not allowed to phone and speak to payments department or a manager.</p>
