Car sale agreement complaint

This company called aa21 motors owned or co owned by Nelson Mashapa, his branch is at Ermelo, we gave him the car (Tiguan 1.4) to sell for us or buy it. The agreement was he was going to keep it for 3 months and after that he will buy it if there are nobuyers. From 2019, 1 April up to date we have only received 3 payments equivalent to the installment of the amount we were paying for (R 7300 + R7100 and R6100). Our frustration is him not paying what he owes us and early this year January 2021 numerous invoices were sent showing what is due to be paid and after that no communication and when following up no one is answering the emails and him specific Nelson is not answering his calls. We are very disappointed at how he is conducting his business. The only thing that we need is the car back or get the money because his business is still making money with the car.
