Bad service at AA21 car rental

Hello Peter pleaese assist me on the 14th of Dec i rent a car at Ermelo AA21 car rental i paid my deposit hoping to get the refund when I come back with their car. On the 18th i brought back the car as per our agreement expecting to get my refund the Manager(Elias) told me that it's a process of 14 days to get the refund and he apologies for not explaining before I took the car. On the 13th Jan i went to them the Admin had an Attidude towards me she told me that she doent know anything i should ask the Mananger which hes not available currently, I tried to call the Manager he told me that I have to wait for 30days because I didn't use cash for payment i swipe on their speed point and he apologies for not telling me tht. On the 4th of Feb it was 30 days i called the Manager he told me tht he processed evrything waiting for the Finance Department. I asked for his Superior or the owner he gave me (Nelson ***) I spoke to Nelson he said he will follow up later he send me an sms apologising and promised that i will get my refund within 5 working days. 19 Feb it was a 5 working days full I didn't received anything they both doesn't pick up my calls then on the 20th Feb i called them both doesn't pick up my calls until I used somebody else number i got hold of Nelson (9am)he promise to come back to me within 2hrs, after the 2 hours of waiting they don't pick any call now. I'm so frustrated. Plz help
