Worst removal company

This is the worst removal company ever! Just moved my in-laws on the 8th April and now wish we had never heard of them<br> <br> 1. Wall unit smashed.<br> 2. Vases and lamp smashed.<br> 3. Things not wrapped and when were wrapped it was with one piece of paper and no plastic which was pd for!<br> 4. Movers had no marker so not one box was marked so impossible to know where to put the boxes and what there contents are<br> 5. one box had items from 4 different rooms!:haphazardly put into a box<br> 6. Items were damp<br> 7. Dinner table scratched<br> <br> There are still many boxes not unpacked due to unmarked and mixed boxes delaying the move hugely. For this reason we are still not sure how much more was just thrown in a box with no packing and therefore broken!<br> <br> When i phoned for a quote I explained that it was for an elderly couple who could not pack. This has led to huge distress over broken items and they have still not been able to move in to their new home due to all this chaos. These are old pensioners which find a well executed move stressfull let alone the haphazard way your movers handled their belongings. I have phoned and emailed but am just ignored! Will be posting on every possible sight warning pple.
