Absolutely pathetic service!

We hired AA Van Lines for relocation from George to Phalaborwa. First they overcharged us and assured us that the cargo would be safe since they include insurance in the price. When they came to load our belongings, they completely damaged some of the kitchenware, even before it was loaded onto the truck. The owner of the business, Clarence Moore, assured us that the damages would be taken care of. They arranged to take our cargo to CapeTown for storage, then early in January they would bring it directly to Phalaborwa. They cargo arrived 4 days late, so we had to book in at the hotel, at our own expences offcourse. When the truck finally arrived, they reversed straight into the wall and claimed that it wasn't their fault since they couldn't see the wall....... how the hell is that an excuse right?? They finally started to unload the truck...and then it happened. All of the boxes was soaking wet, the furniture was damaged and scratched, the TV's box was so wet that the water literally dripped out of the TV. After they unloaded everything AND ONCE AGAIN claimed that they weren't responsible for any of the damages, they insisted that I sign the documents for the delivery. I phoned the owner of the company and explained the situation to him. He asked me to sign the papers as he would sort it all out immediately. I also informed him that several of the items on our list wasn't delivered and he also said that he would sort that out... It has been more than 20days now and AA Van Lines still hasn't paid for the damages for the wall, nor for the missing items, nor did their insurance pay for all the other damages, since they now all of a sudden claim that the insurance was only for total loss, not for damages or breakages. This company is literally the worst, stay away as for as possible...
