Poor Treatment from AA Trucking

on the 21.05.2018 ,an AA TRUCK (Reg DD75PT GP) reversed on my husbands car , asthey were travelling on N12 as they were trying to run away from a group of people who were attacking cars with stone.Their driver co-operated with my husband gave him all his details even filled an AA accident report form. Since then my husband has been talking to one person after another .the last communication was when they asked him if he has an independent witness beside my daughter who was travelling with him when the accident occurred. why an independent witness when you have both drivers statements and my daughter as a witness ?? only them knows why? in the mean time we have to use a car that is damaged on the side while they are busy with their internal processes for a full month and 11 days today. when we call there is never an answer on their side until we receive an email requesting other documents .
