Unprofessional Attitude - 3 WEEKS NO REFUND!!!!!

SCHOEMANSVILLE - HARTBEE****RT - They quoted R5200 for treefelling in our garden. Asked for R2000 cash payment, and the balance of R3200 to be paid to their bank account (they asked for the money to be immediately available). My husband did the transfer, chose the immediate payment option with FNB, which showed an error.. He then made another normal transaction, as the job was done, and he wanted to pay them, even if it takes a day or two longer for the pmt to reflect. Unfortunately, this amount of R3200 was paid twice to AA Boomsloping / Treefelling. I made immediate contact with Helgard, to advice of the double payment. He re-assured me they will repay the R3200 to our account. This happened on the 23rd March 2016. Several phonecalls & SMS to Helgard and Piet Aggenbach (the owner), and still we have not received a refund. Everytime I phone they have a different excuse. Yet every time I spoke to Helgard, I could hear the chainsaw in the background, which means they have had income since then. We have not received an invoice for the work done, R5200! AND not received a refund of R3200. They seem to lack the ability to do the right thing, and pay our money back. UNPROFESSIONAL
