Unauthorised debit order of R99.99

I called the first time the lady who picked up was very rude where else I was enquiring about my R99.99 that her company stole from my bank account,when I insisted that she explains why was my account she hanged up...wasted my airtime, phoned after an hour another promised to credit my account with what was taken without my permission, even today I am still waiting for my money to be credit back. Isn't there a way to stop this company because what they are doing is *****. I am gonna get my lawyer on it see if I can't get justice
