<p>called AA for roadside assistance they then ask us to renew our contract which we do we pay R900 they then tell us they will call us back. Which after 15 minutes Pulane does not call back we then have to call back for assistance once again! They then call back saying we must wait 30 to 60 minutes for assistance. We wait 30 minutes later they call to say that they dont have big tow trucks! We continue to wait they dont call for reassurance nothing.. We then had to make our own way to assist ourselves home</p>
