The AA is losing it's touch

<p>This is the 3rd time now that we are receiving appalling service from the Agents at Emergency Services. </p> <p>I am starting to wonder if they are actually capable of taking down details of your emergency properly. </p> <p>My daughter is now being towed by a friend until Eldorado Park. She was told by Tembi who took her call that she must phone back within an hour or two to find out if the despatcher is willing to come to the area. No reference number given. Yet she gave it to me when I called. </p> <p>Surely in an emergency the AA is supposed to come and assist you where you are stuck. I am dumbstruck. </p> <p>Is there a manager on duty who supervises or what is happening at these call centres</p>
