TERRIBLE SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

<p>To say that I have received terrible service is an understatement. My car broke down (luckily in the office park where I work). I phoned to get my car towed. After struggling to get my address where they need to pick up the car, they finally said that they will send a flatbed to com and pick up my car within 75-90 minutes. After 80 minutes an agent phoned me to let me know that the flatbed was on their way and would take between 30 and 45 minutes. After an hpur and 15 minutes passed, I phoned again to hear the status of the flatbed apparently on it's way, just to be put on hold for 15 minutes, whereafter I was told that they people they sent out to pick me up did not get my details and there was in fact no-one on their way (Keep in mind that they phoned me and told me they dispatched someone and are on their way). I asked for assistance at 12:45, it is now 15:45 and was told that they are ONCE AGAIN on their way and I would have to wait 45 minutes AGAIN for them and try to do their job. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable...just extremely lucky that I did not stand next to the road!</p>
