Repairs to vehicle involved in Accident

<p>AA was GREAT until they have sent my accident damage Hyundai, I20 (reg.ZWY964GP) to Leeson Panel Beaters ( ********** ), Sandton , JHB. dated 17 March 2017. this panel beaters was told AA Approved but after the accident & their workman ship on the vehicle, we notice that our : RADIO has NO SOUND; SIDE MIIROR cannot be adjusted electronically - making it VERY DIFFICULT to REVERSE & CHANGE LANE (which can cause another ACCIDENT); Repaired body does not line up with factory fitted body; Sound of Rattle heard from repaired door; Workmanship POOR! How could AA appoint such a POOR Panel Beater to work on our car charging a HUGE FEE. Presently, this is the only vehicle I have. if i would have to get involved in an accident AGAIN due to the VISIBILY of other vehicles, I would have to hold AA responsible. What is the process to RE-CLAIMING my ACCESS due to the fault of the opposition's</p> <p>driver being at fault? i had emailed this complaint a few times but it's being read without any replies???Hope to hear from AA regarding this complaint otherwise we would hand it over to our LEGAL AID whom may know the LEGAL procedure??? ********** : COMB ********** - Miss Simi Singh</p>
