poor service

<p>I hit a pothole on the golden highway near lenz south, was travelling with my wife who is currently pregnant around 10:45 pm and I called AA towing services for assistance. Spoke to the agent and she said I will be helped in the next 30 - 45 mins, hour passed and i called aa to find out what could be the delay and they apologised n said they will look into it. 3 hours later im still waiting and i called them to find out what is happening and they couldn't give me answers just excuses. I'm truly disappointed at the service I'm getting, this is not the 1st they doing this to me, I advised them repeatedly about this and all I kept getting excuses on two occasions I had to miss work cause of they poor service. </p>
