Damaged mag wheels

My car was at the AA depo and was delivered to my house by a tow truck driver that scracthed my magwheel. <br> When the car was collected the 1st driver was profesional and did every thing wright the delivery guy was not profesional at all when I asked him about the damage he said his just the driver I need to call the call center. For a service that I pay for I'm really not happy and need my matter urgently sorted
